The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful public park and it was easy to get to from central London on the bus. The room we stayed in was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We also loved the rooftop terrace, it was a nice place to relax.

That the rooms and the building were quite warm, even with the heating off.

The breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast itself, although not exceptional, was decent and had a wide service time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a beautiful park and with easy access to buses.
